A Framework for the Provision of Mediation and/or Investigation Services for ONR

ONR are therefore seeking to appoint a framework with a supplier(s) to provide mediation and investigation services via : • A call off contract for access to external mediation resource, to be made available to staff to help resolve employee to employee disagreements. The requirement for ONR also includes one off training of a small number of ONR staff from our HR and Confidential Advisor teams, to create an internal mediation team. • A call off contract for access to external investigation resource, to provide essential capacity and capability for external investigation arising from casework (disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing). Suppliers may bid for either or both contracts. 1.1 There are four (4) separate requirements, which can be bid for separately or together, in the following areas for a period of 2 years, with the opportunity to extend the arrangements for a further year, if agreeable to both parties, after 18 months: • Delivery of Mediation Services • Delivery of Mediation Training • Delivery of Investigation Services • Delivery of Investigation Training
