Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides wheelchair services to the following Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs): Greater Preston, Blackpool, East Lancashire, Blackburn-with-Darwen, Lancashire North, Fylde & Wyre and West Lancashire The contract shall cover all or a combination of the following elements: • Storage, delivery and collection service • Repair service including all associated spares • Modification service • Reconditioning service including all associated spares • Planned preventative maintenance service including all associated spares • Management information • Stock transfer at implementation of contract • Stock transfer to satellite locations Keywords: Wheelchair Repair
