Tender description
Following the FM17093 award for the continuation of works following an early warning sign notice by the contractor it has been decided to award such works via a Single Sourcing Action. This SSA is being approved under Regulation 72 (b) (ii) - modificiation of contracts during their term PRC 2015 regulations, as the aforementioned work could not have been foreseen until the original contract had been forfilled.
