Stocks and Flows (Volumetric Modelling) - Phase 1

Tender description

The Office for National Statistics (the Contracting Authority) requires specific external support building on work completed by ONS to date on Stocks & Flows (Volumetric Modelling). This is a phased requirement initially for a 5 week period for: · Support in the design of a volumetric model that enables us to understand the impact of key drives to inform better and more timely decision making; · Support in identifying what outputs we require to inform critical decisions and identify the source of key input information; · Support in developing the architectural design of the model and in defining the calculation logic required within the model. Outputs by end March 2018: High level stocks and flows model design document "the Model Design" including: · Architectural design · Identification of format and source of model inputs and outputs · Description of model calculation logic.
