Tender description
The aim of the drug and alcohol placements, as aligned with Models of Care (MOC) Update 2006, is provide short time-limited residential drug and/or alcohol treatment interventions, inclusive of assessment, stabilisation and assisted detoxification, for service users whose presentation dictates that this cannot be undertaken safely in a community setting. The objectives are: a. To reduce drug and/or alcohol use; illicit, non-prescribed or otherwise; and to improve health and wellbeing as well as personal and social functioning The Council is not bound to accept the lowest price or any Tender Submission and reserves to itself the right at its absolute discretion to accept or not accept any Tender Submission. The following criteria and weightings will be used in the procurement exercise. Financial detail including price 60%. Technical Ability to Deliver the Service 10%. Quality and Operational Competence 10%. Service Development 5%. Customer Care 10%. Added Value 5%. Equality and Diversity Pass/Fail. Health and Safety Pass/Fail. Environment and Sustainability Pass/Fail.
