Tender description

Kingston upon Hull City Council is conducting the procurement using the open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015) for the purpose of re-procuring Housing Related Support Services (HRS). The Authority is seeking interested and qualified Providers to supply and deliver its Housing Related Support Services by entering in to a 2 year framework, with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month period or periods.Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to service review and satisfactory performance. The service will be broken down in to a number of lots/sub lots (see service specification). The anticipated service commencement date is 1.11.2018.The Authority envisages that Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) (TUPE) will apply to this tender.
