A Resource management project has been commissioned to re-design how the MPS manages its resources and to make the role of resource management more integral to wider policing activity. As part of this process the MPS is asking interested parties to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) so that it can better inform its requirements. We are issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to the Resource management (also known as Duties management) supplier market in order to seek advice, guidance and feedback on the following points: — Development of the requirements prior to review of the Outline business case (OBC) and a decision whether to enter into a procurement process; — Informing the MPS of the feasibility of the requirements and the potential risks. — Development of Rough order of magnitude costs. — Development of the OBC (including the Commercial and procurement strategy).
