Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η αποκομιδή απορριμμάτων, συλλογής των ανακυκλώσιμων υλικών και το πλύσιμο κάδων των Δ.Ε. Ορφανού, Ελευθερών και Πιερέων, για χρονικό διάστημα 24 μηνών από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης. Αποκομιδή απορριμμάτων Δημοτικών Ενοτήτων Ορφανού, Ελευθερών και Πιερέων, για χρονικό διάστημα 24 μηνών. Για 24 μήνες, το σύνολο των παραγόμενων οικιακών απορριμμάτων εκτιμάται σε 18.924 ton. Συλλογή και μεταφορά των ανακυκλώσιμων υλικών των Δημοτικών Ενοτήτων Ορφανού, Ελευθερών και Πιερέων στον Σ.Μ.Α. Ελευθερούπολης, για χρονικό διάστημα 24 μηνών από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης. Πλύσιμο κάδων των Δ.Ε. Ορφανού, Ελευθερών και Πιερέων, για χρονικό διάστημα 24 μηνών. Συνολικά θα γίνουν οκτώ (8) πλύσεις κάδων [μία (1) πλύση κάθε τρεις (3) μήνες].
