Provision of Image Gallery Services to HRI & Subsidiaries

Tender description

Horse Racing Ireland and Subsidiaries have a steady requirement for racing images from the various race meetings throughout Ireland and the UK. The objective is to have maximum coverage of Irish meetings with a minimum of approx. 75% of meetings covered in addition to the major UK meetings. This minimum requirement must include all of the race meetings of the tracks signed up to this agreement. It is essential that all group, graded and listed meetings are covered. Images need to be available to HRI and subsidiaries within 1 hour after the race finishes for big races and festivals while a turnaround time of before 10am in the morning on the day after the race is sufficient for other race days. HRI and Subsidiaries will require access to download these pictures online and have full access to the online image library at all times. The images must be of high quality in terms of resolution and sharpness, with the end user capable of printing the images for display without experiencing distortion. Images need to include a variety of racing shots as well as winning shots (e.g., in the winner’s enclosure). The images are used on the website, online, in combination with social media, advertising and as presentation items to winning owners. Please consult the tender document for further information.
