Accommodation based services for people at risk of violence and abuse provide a place of safety in which victims and their dependent children can access emotional and practical support to enable them to move on to independent living free from the fear of abuse. Community support and advocacy services for people at risk of violence provide emotional and practical support to victims living in the community who are assessed as at standard, medium or high risk to de-escalate their risk and move on to independent living free from the fear of abuse. The contract will be separated into three lots: • Accommodation based services for people at risk of violence and abuse including those with complex needs or from BME backgrounds. • Community support for people at risk of violence and abuse. • Accommodation and community support for male victims of violence and abuse. This opportunity is divided into 3 Lots; Refuge services for women and children fleeing domestic violence and abuse; Community outreach service for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence and abuse; Community outreach service for men and their children who are victims of violence and abuse.
