Tender description
Scarborough Borough Council is seeking to work with a partner who as the selected supplier will be responsible for the production and supply of high quality plant material and planted containers to ensure that high quality floral displays are supplied for use within the Parks, landscape areas and open spaces, and which meet its needs in designing and developing attractive new open spaces and floral features.
