Tender description

HealthTrust Europe (HTE) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for for the supply of Pathology Analysers, Equipment, Reagents and Consumables, Maintenance, relevant IT such as Data Managers. It is envisaged that the framework will provide a comprehensive range of equipment (this includes post and pre-analytics), associated reagents, consumables and maintenance within the main subcategories of, but not limited to: — chemistry, — haematology, — microbiology, — histopathology. The framework will enable HTE to direct award, offer a managed service option and conduct mini-competitions. The Framework Agreement will be split into the following Lots: Lot 1 — Direct Award. Lot 2 — Mini-competition and/or Managed Service. Lot 3 — Digital Pathology. Please see section VI.3 for further information regarding supplier engagement. It is anticipated that the scope of Lot 1 (Direct Award) will include the ability to direct award call-off contracts for the provision of equipment, consumables, maintenance and relevant IT within the main subcategories of, but not limited to: — chemistry, — immunology, — haematology, — coagulation, — microbiology, — histopathology, — molecular Pathology. It is anticipated that the scope of Lot 2 (Mini-Competition and/or Managed Service) will allow participating authorities to carry out mini-competitions including the provision of managed service contracts for equipment, consumables, maintenance and relevant IT within the main subcategories of, but not limited to: — chemistry, — immunology, — haematology, — coagulation, — microbiology, — histopathology, — molecular Pathology. It is anticipated that the scope of Lot 3 (Digital Pathology) will enable the Participating Authority to implement a digital pathology solution, to include but not limited to, software and scanning hardware within Histopathology, and enable the digitisation and review of glass slides. This Lot also covers the provision of digital Pathology as part of a managed service solution.
