Pangbourne Infants School Replacement Heating, Hot & Cold Water Services

Tender description

The project will primarily comprise the refurbishment of existing heating, hot & cold water services throughout the Infant School together with the alteration of all main heat raising plant & equipment. This shall bet be limited to pipework alterations at existing header arrangements in the Infant School Boiler Room as this has recently undergone full refurbishment and is deemed suitable for continued use. The project shall be supplied, delivered, installed, tested and commissioned by specialist mechanical building services contractor, being registered a member of BESA & GasSafe and with any associated electrical services being undertaken either by suitably qualified in-house electricians or by a specialist NICEIC registered electrical services sub-contractor.
