Neighbourhood Services Contract comprising of Waste Collection, Street Cleansing, and Grounds Maintenance Services. The Contract will be for an initial term of 8 years with the potential to extend for period(s) up to a further 8 years, The duration of the extension(s) may range from 1 year to 8 years, subject to not exceeding the maximum total contract term of 16 years.
