Tender description
This contract is a Measured Term Contract (MTC) for the provision of planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and minor works for Mechanical services. All works carried out shall be based on PSA rates and on the schedules contained within this document. Belfast City Council (BCC) reserves the right to add additional PPM works which will be inline with the PSA rates and SFG20 standard maintenance schedules. The provision of an emergency, 24 hour, 7 days per week call-out services to secure and make safe Council property is an essential and integral part of this work and is “of the essence” with regards to the award and performance of the contract.
