The Riverside Group Limited seeks to appoint a Supplier for the provision of a Customer Research Partner. This Tender is for the provision of a Customer Research Partner. The role of Customer Research Partner for Riverside has been established to provide an external and independent organisation to collate and analyse our customers’ views, attitudes, aspirations and opinions through a mechanism they can trust to be anonymous and to provide the appropriate resource to support the work of the MICI Team. Suppliers MUST have the ISO20252 accreditation and be willing to adhere to Market Research Society's Code of Conduct.
