Market event regarding the provision of Voluntary Community Services - VCS ‘Better Together’ recommissioning

Due to expected numbers we are now changing the venue and timings of the market event regarding the provision of Voluntary Community Services - VCS ‘Better Together’ re-commissioning. Please see below details: The event is aimed for all current providers and potential providers of Voluntary Community Services covering five lots: • Lot 1- Voluntary Sector Infrastructure • Lot 2- Welfare, Debt and Advice • Lot 3- Local Healthwatch • Lot 4- Adult and Young Carers Support, information and guidance • Lot 5- Visually impaired support and information The event will be held on 25th April, between 9.30 hours until 13.30 hours at the Corn Exchange, Northgate, Rochester, ME1 1LS Sadly we are unable to provide lunch. The purpose of the event is to inform you of the Council’s intentions regarding the re-commissioning of Voluntary Community Services within Medway. Can you please contact Emily Wood on researchandinfo@medway.gov.uk no later than Monday 23rd April 2018 to confirm your attendance, at the moment we can only accommodate two people per organisation at the event. If you are not already registered on our portal then please register your interest on the ProContract link as follows www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk Please note that there are no parking facilities available, however there are several public pay & display car parks in Rochester are within a short walking distance of the Coin Exchange.
