Tender description
The Department for International Trade (DIT) currently has a Digital Signage Solution using a Samsung MagicInfo server to manage the screens and the content on them. As DIT grows in size and extra buildings are being added to the estate, DIT needs to move from an on-premise solution to a hosted service to allow it to manage the screens in multiple buildings from a single solution. DIT staff should also be able to use the solution to access the service from their DIT devices. DIT is looking to award a provider of this hosted service. This is to be a managed service covering the hosting and management of the MagicInfo Server, as well as licence management of the screens, account management, training, support and sourcing of new screens.
