Tender description

UCL is planning to purchase the services of an independent evaluator. The evaluator will: 1. Evaluate programme success and report on the delivery of programme objectives in 2018, 2019 and 2020; 2. Explore possible barriers to success and wherever possible provide reasonable recommendations for programme improvement. 3. Evaluate the progress toward required numbers of Mandarin speaking pupils 4. Evaluate pupil progress and report on sustainability of Mandarin learning after the end of the programme.
