Tender description
SFRS was required to abandon a tender exercise for Insurance and Claims handling service in March 2018 as a result of receiving no valid tender submissions from the bids submitted. As a result it has been necessary to extend current arrangements with the existing service provider for a period not exceeding 12 months to ensure that SFRS has the proper insurance and claims handling service provision in place. During this 12 month period SFRS will undertake a new procurement process leading to the award of a new contract provision from 1.4.2019.
