The County Council’s vision for the Service is the provision of a Refugee Integration and Independence service for Staffordshire, which delivers hope and optimism for eligible Service Users by: Integrating them into British Culture and the Staffordshire community and building their independence and self-reliance, so that they have the opportunity to prosper, be healthy and happy. The core service provision is to be delivered in line with Home Office guidance and shall include: — Pre-arrival preparations, — Arrival: Welcome and collection from the point-of-disembarkation, — Reception and orientation, — Casework support service.
