Procurement of Laboratory Services to support the delivery of HPV Primary Screening within the NHS Cervical Screening Programme across England. Arden and GEM CSU, on behalf of NHS England (the commissioners) would like to notify all potential bidders about a series of “Market Engagement Events” which are planned to take place at the following locations: — Event 1: Leeds. — Event 2: London. — Event 3: Taunton. — Event 4: Birmingham. These events have been arranged in order to discuss the upcoming procurement of laboratory services to support the delivery of HPV Primary Screening as part of the NHS Cervical Screening Programme across England. All of the above mentioned events will be facilitated and interactive in order to discuss key elements of the new service. These sessions are targeted at both strategic and clinical representatives from interested organisations. The key focus of the sessions will be on providing potential bidders with the opportunity to input into the design of key elements for the new service. In addition, an overview of the procurement process itself (including timescales) will also be given. In addition to the events, and to ensure that NHS England capture as much information as possible from the market to inform their decision-making, a questionnaire has been provided along with this notice. We ask all interested organisations to consider and complete the questionnaire in as much detail as possible prior to the events. The sessions can then be used to explore and consolidate the initial responses from the market on the key topics outlined. Full details of the events including dates, times and venues will be available shortly to all those who have registered an interest in attending. Please note that two of the events will take place in the week commencing the 16th April and the remaining 2 events will take place in the week commencing 23rd April.
