Tender description
For work on facultative anaerobe gas fermenting microorganisms, we require a hydrogen generator to supply a constant and uninterrupted gas flow to the bioreactor systems. The generator must be capable of supplying the required volumes of hydrogen gas to all connected bioreactor vessels. Essential requirements; — on-site hydrogen generator that is in an integrated, automated, site-ready enclosure, — automatically adjusts output to match demand, — net production rate minimum of 18 SLPM at 21 ºC and 1 barg, — Delivery Pressure >13 barg, — Purity of hydrogen = 99,9995% (Water Vapour < 5 PPM, N2 < 2 PPM, O2 < 1 PPM, All Other Undetectable), — on-board H2 Leak detection, — fully automated, push button start / stop, — automatic fault detection and system depressurization - Circuit breaker shunt trip for remote shutdown — Footprint less than 1m2, — thermal gain maximum heat load of 5 Kw/hour, — Safety features in line with UK and EU .....more.... Highly desirable: — provide installation of necessary ventilation facilities (release vent directed to existing extraction units), — provide installation of production line from unit to existing mass flow control units, — provide installation of necessary plumbing facilities (water supply connection for the DI water generator and drainage), — provide installation of necessary electrical facilities (suitable connections for system power requirments).
