Tender description

Film production for the Lord Mayor's Dragon Awards. This tender is for filming and production of the Lord Mayor's Dragon Awards videos: i. 1 sixty to ninety second film, which will be a montage of clips from filming with each of the finalists. To be used to open the Awards ceremony. ii. Filming of all finalists in two rounds. The first round to take place at the end of June/early July for those shortlisted in May (likely to be approx. 18). A second round of filming to take place in August for those who are shortlisted in the 'Lord Mayor's Award - Business of Trust Champion' category which has an extended deadline of Monday 30 July. Filming and production for the second round will be less time consuming as this will be talking head videos of a maximum of three. The first round will involve interviewing up to three people involved in each shortlisted initiative and, where possible, filming the initiative in action on location. iii: 7-9 sixty to ninety second produced films profiling the winners of the Lord Mayor’s Dragon Awards. Filming will be shot at a location chosen by the applicant within London (and possibly outside of London if feasible for the Regional Impact Award). Only footage of winners will need to be edited into films. B-roll footage from filming of those who do not win is to be made available free of charge to the organisations for their own editing. Every completed film should be set to music provided by you, and adhere to the Awards branding guidelines (attached with this document). All films should be delivered in the appropriate format to be played in high quality at the Awards dinner, and then uploaded by the City of London to YouTube for the Lord Mayor’s Dragon Awards website. Please note that we can only receive files in a standard format for instance MP4 (preferred) or QuickTime, file networking share sites are blocked on the corporation website. Optional Extra iv.
