TThe Money Advice Service wishes to undertake a review of evidence about the effectiveness of interventions and approaches that help children and young people between the ages of 3 and 18 to improve their financial capability. This will directly inform our forthcoming 'Aim 5 Commissioning Plan' that will set out a programme of work designed to improve the financial capability of children and young people across the UK. In addition to collating and reporting on available evidence, the successful supplier for this work will also support MAS to interpret this evidence and determine the implications for the commissioning plan. We will also want to update the evidence supporting the commissioning plan over time, as new research becomes available. The outputs developed through this contract should therefore lend themselves to being updated over time, and the supplier should also provide a process and guidance for maintaining it. Key Deliverables: • An Evidence Framework that summarises each piece of evidence, arranged by suitable topic / theme • A written report summarising the evidence contained in the Evidence Framework, to be published alongside the Commissioning Plan • A concise and accessible visual Evidence Map (examples of evidence maps are provided in the Service Requirements section below) • A process for maintaining the Evidence Framework and Evidence Map For more information please register on the Money Advice Service procurement portal: https://mas.bravosolution.co.uk/
