Trivallis Ltd are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor, who has specific experience in dealing with the installation and commissioning of domestic ventilation. It is the intention of Trivallis to appoint a single contractor to undertake this requirement. The contractors will be required to undertake works and services comprising of: Trivallis are looking to procure a contractor to provide ventilation as per a planned programme. This will be a mixture of positive input ventilation and mechanical extract ventilation or both in certain instances. Trivallis has specified Envirovent as the manufacturer to maintain a standard across our properties and maintain the 5 years parts and labour warranty. The programme will consist of a fixed address list supplied by Trivallis at the start of the year and any reactive works will be added through a Compensation Event as per priority required. The contractor is required to make all appointments as required in priority and provide regular updates on the programme to Trivallis. The works may involve other associated works such us roof vents, ducting, holes in glass etc. The contractor is required to be registered as a competent installer under Part P of the building regulations and all associated electrical work will be completed to BS7671 latest amendment. All electrical certification will be supplied to Trivallis on completion of each property.
