Tender description

The works consist of internal and external decoration and associated preparations such as cleaning and power washing. The scope and scale of the works is cyclical decoration across 32 sites comprising 531 units. The works are estimated to be in the region of £528,000. Clanmil reserve the right to amend the scope of works to be provided and a more detailed description will be provided in the ITT stage. The contract is for 24 months and Clanmil reserve the right to add or remove works packages within this timeframe.
