Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is: a) to give advance notice that HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) are considering undertaking an exercise to establish 6 contracts for the provision of Facilities Management Services for separate Hard and Soft FM across three Regional Areas; (b) to gauge the market interest in taking part in this procurement; (c) to obtain supplier insight to support specification development; and (d) to invite all potential suppliers, including but not limited to those responding to the Invitation to Tender for the RM3830 Framework, to a Supplier Engagement Event to be held in April. The Government Hubs programme is overseeing the structural reorganisation and transformation of the current estate. For HMRC this will see the current landscape of 170 offices reoriented into 13 modern Regional Centres. The new model for HMRC’s Facilities Management will see requirements split into 3 Regional areas (North, South and Central) and each of these Regions will be split into Hard and Soft FM. The first contract to be awarded is expected to be Hard FM in the South and contracts are expected to cover all of the current and future sites within the Region. Further details of the requirement will be provided at the supplier engagement event in April and prior to the ITT releases for each individual contract.
