Age Better in Sheffield Start Up Project

Tender description

In developing the vision and strategy for Age Better in Sheffield during the early stages of the Big Lottery investment, it became clear that there needed to be greater provision of services that reduce social isolation in the city that reflected the changing interests of people as they age. People told us that there needs to be a variety of things that suit their current interests as they age and they also wanted more opportunity to engage in activities in the evenings and at weekends. The Start Up Project offers support to people who would like to start up their own group and/or activity through a variety of ways. For more information, see the Invitation to Tender Document.
