Tender description
The service specified offers a combination of group and individual support to: • Carers caring for people with all levels of dementia and • Individuals experiencing low to moderate levels of dementia. Group support will be delivered to both of the above client groups via a number of Dementia Cafés across the Rotherham Borough.
