Tender description

GYBC are seeking a sports and leisure consultant who will, following targeted consultation among current stakeholders (residents, users and elected members) and potential users/commercial partners, undertake a business study and provide a suite of options centred on a selection of costed, viable end uses and different models of management, which will subsequently be refined to provide an exemplar offer. The consultant will also produce a robust financial model evidencing the return on investment and suggesting routes to funding.
