UKSBS RE17363 Underway profiling system

Tender description

The final date and time for the submission of bids is Thursday 21st December 2017 at 11:00. DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. The RRS Sir David Attenborough (SDA) will undertake a number of underway experiments; NERC/BAS have a requirement for an underway sound velocity profile system. The system will be fully automated, thus it will automatically pay out and recover the instrument as per set profile pattern. The system must be able to deploy days at a time by constantly paying out and retrieving without user intervention. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
