Tender description
The Framework is the provision of cycle training services. The Service Provider will be a Bikeability-registered cycle training organisation with registered trainers and will carry out cycle training across London on behalf of London Boroughs. The training will include training to Bikeability National Standards Level 1, 2 and 3 for adults and children. The Service Provider will be expected to train all abilities.
