Tender description
Kent County Council has requirement is for the design and delivery of a modular Public Health Champions Programme within the Strategic Commissioning Directorate. The programme is to equip individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to take every opportunity to support the population to make informed decisions about their lifestyle choices to help enable them to lead healthier lives. The programme will provide training in behaviour change techniques, such as motivational interviewing, health coaching and communication skills, contains a range of lifestyle modules and covers local services and referral pathways, which is critical importance when engaging in healthy conversations and signposting.
