Resource Support for a transformation programme

Tender description

Warrington Borough Council is seeking to establish a framework with a maximum of four suppliers for the delivery of resource support to support a business transformation programme This agreement will run for three years, to the end of April 2021 to cover our resourcing requirements. We are looking for a supplier, or suppliers who can respond to our business needs quickly and with appropriately skilled resources at a reasonable cost. We will expect supplier/s to provide resources either at a day rate, or, alternatively, we will pay an introductory fee for the supplier to source resources that we will pay directly on fixed term contracts.
