The National Satellite Test Facility (NSTF) is a new national facility for the environmental testing of complete satellites (up to 7 tonnes mass) being built at the Science and Technology Facilities Council’s Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Oxfordshire. To assist the NSTF Project team throughout the project management, STFC intends to procure facility development support from a Supplier that has built and/or operated/supported similar satellite test facilities. This professional support will encompass a variety of work packages including requirements review, equipment selection support, commissioning and training development. It is anticipated that the duration of the Contract shall not exceed 30 months from kick-off to end of the activity (commissioning of facilities). Please note that, to register, Bidders must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so.
