The final date and time for the submission of bids is Thursday 2nd November 2017 at 14:00 DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. A new DME ground based solution to provide essential navigational safety for BAS operations in Antarctica. BAS operates a runway at the research station Rothera. BAS operates five aircraft and needs DME to ensure safe operations. The system must conform to the aviation industry standard of "ICAO Annex 10 for enroute and terminal coverage". This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
