Public Health 0-19 Children's Commissioning Event

Public Health are hosting an information event on the 29th March 2018 from 12 till 2pm at City Hall Bradford. We want to commission a service which: • Is based on the needs of our children, young people and families • Is outcome and inequalities focused and ambitious for our babies, children, young people, families and communities; • Is innovative and forward thinking in approach and responds to needs flexibly and positively. • Is fully committed and able to work as part of an integrated system, specifically the proposed Prevention and Early Help model for the district. • Provides a Healthy Child Programme from the antenatal period, 0-19 years for children, young people and families, with transitional support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) up to 25 years. This event follows on from an initial event held February 2018.
