Provision of a Cloud Hosted Online Booking System

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to award a contract for 2 years, for the provision of a cloud hosted online booking system. Dublin City Council reserves the right to extend this term for a period of up to two years on the same terms and conditions, subject to annual, periodic and other reviews. There are many different types of space made available by Dublin City Council to the citizen across a range of functions from meeting and conference facilities to sports and leisure centres. The locations are managed by multiple sections and departments and there is a lack of consistency in relation to how this service is delivered and accessed by the citizen. Additionally the citizen is unable to access the majority of these facilities online. There should be a calendar style user interface. Other features might include: • The ability to search for desired space • View calendar of individual space and availability • The ability to view both the space and a list of facilities in the venue (i.e. toilets, catering, accessibility, parking, venue capacity, restrictions) Please see tender documents attached for further details
