Tender description
For the provision on onsite technical support services to manage the Print Management Software and the high numbers of Xerox classroom printers. The PCR 2015 permit derogations to award a contract to a single supplier where competition is absent for technical reasons Reg 32(2)(b)(ii) refers and (iii) the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights, but only where no reasonable alternative or substitute exists. This Contract will be awarded on the basis of Regulation 32.2.b.ii. due to the exclusive rights to the software held by the supplier.
