North Hertfordshire District Council invites Tenders for printing and dispatch of electoral stationery and an SMS /Internet response service. The council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide a service broadly comprising: Annual Household Canvass: to print and dispatch, Household Enquiry Forms (H.E.F); Internet /SMS H.E.F. response service including daily downloads.
