A single stage D and B Contractor is being sought through a restricted OJEU procurement process to undertake detail design and construction of a new 2FE primary school and all weather pitch on the Arborfield Green development in Wokingham Borough. A single stage D and B Contractor is being sought through a restricted OJEU procurement process to undertake detail design and construction of a new 2FE primary school and all weather pitch on the Arborfield Green development in Wokingham Borough. The Council is looking to submit a full planning application for the proposed scheme by end of March 2018. The D and B Contractor will be required to develop the detail design from planning stage, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders and construct the completed facilities, including relevant external works including a 3G pitch by Spring 2020. Possesion of site by the appointed contractor is expected to be 19.11.2018. The facility must be ready for operator fit out use by 1.6.2020.
