St Mungo's Community Housing Association is seeking to procure a Fully Managed Payroll Service. St Mungo’s currently has an in-house Payroll Service supported by Payroll Management software. The organisation is seeking to appoint a supplier who can implement and run a Fully Managed Payroll Service. St Mungo's objectives in respect of this procurement are to reduce cost to the organisation and improve the performance of the service.
