Wrexham County Borough Council invites tenders for the supply, temporary storage and delivery of natural stone materials for our project ‘Town Centre Environmental Improvements — Phase 1’. The works include re-paving part of the town centre. The materials will be laid rigidly to BS 7533-7:2010 in a pedestrianised zone but subject to HGV and light delivery vehicle loading on a daily basis. The pedestrianised zone is also subject to winter maintenance. Wrexham County Borough Council invites tenders for the supply, temporary storage and delivery of natural stone materials for our project ‘Town Centre Environmental Improvements — Phase 1’. The works include re-paving part of the town centre. The successful supplier will be expected to temporarily store the paving slabs, kerbs and edgings until the nominated works contractor requests delivery. This may be in whole or part and delivery will tie up with the works programme. It’s envisaged or contractor will require the first delivery of materials on site by 18.6.2018. It’s unlikely our contractor will have enough storage for all the materials, so the successful supplier will need to store materials until out contractor requires them.
