Medway Council wish to appoint a professional and experienced contractor for the refurbishment and alteration works to the Parklands Centre. The new Parklands Respite Centre requirements including new first floor rooms, on suites, toilets, offices, decorations etc. in accordance with proposed drawings and current building regulations.
