PAN1831 - Consultancy - Market Place South Design (ERDF)

Tender description

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of a specialist highway engineering consultancy to deliver the detailed design work package for the highway works on Market Place South. The company would nominate a single point of contact as Principal Engineer. The proposed Contract will be four months with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further two months. We anticipate awarding to a single Supplier. These activities will potentially be funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and therefore all documents relating to this activity will have to adhere to our funder's guidelines, including presentations on standard ERDF templates and using ERDF logos on any material such as hand-outs. For the indicative designs, as part of this tender, the Tenderer shall treat all Confidential Information as being strictly private and confidential and shall take all steps necessary to prevent it from being disclosed to the public or any third party or coming, by any means, into the possession of any third party. The Tenderer shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating the tenders for the Market Place South project. The Tenderer shall not use or disclose or permit the disclosure by any person of any of the Confidential Information for the benefit of any third party. The Tenderer shall keep all materials containing Confidential Information in a secure place and return them to the Awarding Authority immediately.
