Tender description

The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a carbon-saving target enforced on the large energy suppliers by the Government. The target is to reduce domestic carbon emissions or, in the case of their fuel poverty sub target, to make heating related energy bill savings. These can be achieved by installing energy efficiency measures such as insulation and heating improvements. The final procurement process will be published following a market engagement event 11.4.2018. The procurement may feature two lots, if so bidders will be able to bid for both or one only. The Council reserves the right to withdrawn this tender at any time prior to contract award.
