Tender description

UK Shared Business Services Ltd as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a contract for the Science and Technology Facilities Council for the manufacture, Testing, delivery and documentation of 3 klystrons and associated circuit including x-ray shielding. STFC requires 3 klystrons along with magnet circuit assemblies and associated X-ray shielding, capable of delivering at least 20 MW of RF peak power with a pulse width of up to 3.0 μs and capable of repetition rates up to 100 Hz to be incorporated within a klystron modulator for the CLARA TDCs.
