Tender description
The purpose of the tender is to enable the Council to re-procure the detoxification services in order to provide a range of more specialist interventions in addition or conjunction to rehabilitation e.g. for those people who may require medical support such as those with mental health problems, people with physical disabilities, co-morbidity health problems and people with learning difficulties.
