Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Outcomes Based Contract For Children At Risk Of Care (using a Social Impact Bond Structure). The deadline date for submissions of the tender is 12:00 noon on 30.4.2018. Social Investor and Service Provider who will deliver an Outcomes Based Contract For Children At Risk Of Care (using a Social Impact Bond Structure). Social Investor Only who working with Suffolk County Council will engage a service provider. Service Provider Only who, working with Suffolk County Council will seek to secure the funding needed and Social Investor(s) to deliver the Oucomes Based Contract as a Social Impact Bond.
